Nepal reports second case of COVID-19, a woman returned from France tested with positive

Health TV Online/Kathmandu: Second case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Nepal. A 19 year-old-woman who returned from France via Qatar is confirmed with Corona positive.

At a press conference held at the Ministry of Health and Population on Monday afternoon, Minister Bhanubhakta Dhakal said Corona was confirmed in a 19-year-old woman who returned from France.

Minister Dhakal informed that she is being treated at ‘Isolation’ at Shukraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital from Sunday evening. All the people in contact with her were kept in quarantine as soon as corona was confirmed, minister added.
