A 2 month-old baby becomes youngest person diagnosed with coronavirus in Nepal
Health TV Online/Kathmandu: A 2 month-old baby has been diagnosed with the corona virus, the youngest case recorded so far in Nepal. The baby infected with the virus is a resident of Birjung in Parsa district of Province number 2. It is unclear how the virus was transmitted. Earlier, a seven year-old girl child has been infected with the virus in Nepalgunj of Province number 5.
The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) of Nepal on Wednesday confirmed the infection in the baby along with 16 more positive cases all from the same place. With these 17 new cases, the total number corona virus cases in Nepal reached to 99.
